Dizzy Reed , keyboardist for Guns N' Roses , released the music video for "Rock N Roll Ain't Easy," the title track from his debut solo album, released in 2018.

The video features live footage of the musician on tour performing the track and showcases his powerful vocals. Rock 'n Roll Ain't Easy features twelve unreleased tracks that Reed worked on for ten years to compose, record, and release.

Rock N Roll Ain't Easy also features guest appearances from colleagues such as Richard Fortus (guitarist for Guns N' Roses ), Mike Dupke (former drummer for WASP ), and Mike Duda (bassist for WASP) , among others.
